What you’ll do

 

Being a Reporting Analyst is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – in this role you will  

 

  • Ensure the maintenance and development of business reporting, ensuring that our reports are timely, accurate, and insightful.
  • Providing our business teams with appropriate analytical data and insight, helping them to make informed decisions and drive growth.
  • Supporting the roll-out of our Power BI platform, helping to unlock the full potential of our data and provide powerful insights to our teams.
  • Go-to person for ad hoc information requests, providing a one version of the truth, and supporting our Business Intelligence Manager in driving standardisation and accuracy across the group. 

 

Who you are

 

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in. You will have:

 

  • Data analysis tools and techniques using advanced data tools e.g., R, Power BI
  • Understanding of relational databases
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • MS Office super user
  • BI ‘user’ skillset and strong ability to manipulate data.
  • Senior Stakeholder management
  • Experience of working in the finance team of a large company
