BGR - Software Developer

Exciting opportunity to join us if you are a C# Software Developer. This role will be within our fast-paced, friendly B2B Technology team and will suit a talented candidate with proven experience in IOT telemetry systems, B2B web portals, customer facing mobile apps, C# and Azure.

A bit about the role... 

Working in the B2B Technology team, as a Software developer you will be working on Costa’s cloud systems to ensure quality products are developed for our B2B customers. The projects range from IOT telemetry systems to business-to-business web portals and customer-facing mobile apps, all with the aim of making it easy to do business with Costa. Collaborating with automation testers and developers based in both UK & Sofia, this role is critical in the Agile software development lifecycle to enable fast speed of change.

The role will:

• Use your broad experience and analytical skills to develop technical solutions to business needs, considers trade-offs of different possible approaches and understands impact of their decisions on the rest of the business.
• Communicate technical ideas clearly and collaborate with product & QA teams throughout the software delivery process
• Lead by example by creating high quality, robust and testable code

• Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem and experience in Web / Frontend development – Angular, HTML, CSS, Javascript (SPA frameworks)
• Proven Expertise in Azure Development - Function App, API’s deployed as Web App, Webhooks, Swagger, KeyVault, Service Bus(Queues, Topics).
• A mind set that focuses on driving results with pace and striving for highest quality in everything they do.
• Ability to effectively communicate with users / project teams and explain complex details in simple terms.
• Interested in continual learning of technical knowledge through approaches such as Proof of Concepts.
• Strong team working skills inspiring trust.
• An ability to take the initiative and propose solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodology
• Good understanding of best practice for DevOps pipelines, Git Hub Repo
