We are looking for a talented and creative Copywriter to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in developing compelling and persuasive content that drives engagement and aligns with our brand’s voice across multiple digital channels. As a Copywriter, you will work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure that all digital assets are optimised for platform-specific requirements, engaging the audience and achieving campaign goals.

What you’ll do
Being a Digital Marketing Copywriter is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:
- Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for a wide range of digital assets, including email campaigns, website content, landing pages, social media posts, ads, blogs, and more.
- Craft content that resonates with the target audience and drives actions, while maintaining consistency with brand tone and voice.
- Write copy that adheres to platform-specific best practices, including character limits, SEO keywords, and calls to action (CTAs).
- Ensure content is optimised for performance on each platform (social media, email, website, etc.), taking into account different formatting, character limits, and user behaviour.
- Tailor the tone, style, and messaging of the copy depending on the target audience, campaign objectives, and digital platform.
- Ensure that all written content aligns with the brand’s guidelines, reinforcing the brand’s identity and maintaining consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Work closely with the marketing team to monitor and analyse performance metrics, such as engagement rates, click-through rates (CTRs), and conversion rates.
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
- Previous experience in a copywriting role, preferably within digital marketing, advertising, or content creation.
- Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling copy across a range of formats.
- Understanding of best practices for digital channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Ability to work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to deliver integrated and effective campaigns.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills, with a keen eye for consistency, tone, and brand alignment.
- Comfort with using data to inform decisions and optimise content for better performance (e.g., CTR, engagement rates).
- Ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas while maintaining consistency with the brand’s voice.
Location: Hybrid with the ability to work from our Central London location a minimum of 2 days per week.
